We joined when this place first opened. It’s conveniently located, nice & clean, and the interaction from the staff (which has been on lease day) was great. My biggest complaint is that we started at $30 per month, we’re now on our 4th or 5th price change in less than 2 years with the price raising to $170 a month!!! At this point we’re priced out and our garage is about to have all of our boxes back in it.

We stored with this facility for two years, and Susan made the entire experience outstanding. From day one, when we rented 2 spots and later consolidated into one, she was always there to help us with every detail. Susan is consistently polite, gracious, and professional, and she provides truly exceptional customer service. The property is always very clean and well kept, which shows how much pride she takes in her work. Any time we had a question or needed assistance, she handled it quickly and with a great manner, making us feel like valued customers. I highly recommend Susan and this storage facility and can’t thank her enough for everything she has done for us. Thank you Susan!!
