They get you in the door… then more than double the rate! When I bought my unit, I was quoted a price and I even told them how long I expected to be in the unit. Just months later, my rate more than doubled and well before I planned to move out. Young man on the phone told me that’s just what we do.

We joined when this place first opened. It’s conveniently located, nice & clean, and the interaction from the staff (which has been on lease day) was great. My biggest complaint is that we started at $30 per month, we’re now on our 4th or 5th price change in less than 2 years with the price raising to $170 a month!!! At this point we’re priced out and our garage is about to have all of our boxes back in it.
