GREAT PLACE! I rented a storage unit here for 4 years. Not once did I worry about the security of my belongings -- my entire life was in that unit. The one thing I will emphasize is to ABSOLUTELY pay for the monthly insurance. I encountered an issue at the time of my move out in May (through no fault of the property staff, nature will always do its thing regardless!) and ended up having to make a claim. The insurance company was very communicative and easy to work with. Johnathan, the property manager, is amazing! I hit a couple snags while moving out and he had some good resources to offer to help me get things sorted out. I really appreciate Extra Space Storage and Johnathan. If I ever have need to rent a storage unit in the future, I won't hesitate to use them again.

Went to publice storage first no one was there and no one would answer the phone. Came here next and was helped out immediately and even showed us our options. Plus we're getting more space for the same price.
