I was at Extra Space Storage on Mason rd. in Richmond the other day to get some information, and Alicia and Julissa were both amazing. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel welcome. They were very knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. Their customer service was outstanding. They were both friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. You can tell they really care about helping people. Honestly, the customer service couldn't have been any better. If you're looking for a storage facility with employees who truly go above and beyond, I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage. Alicia and Julissa made the whole experience a great one!
