Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service. I spoke with Jeremy (who said he was the last person I would be speaking to in leadership), who took zero responsibility and instead blamed me for “choosing” a second-floor unit while the elevators have been out of service for over two months. That is not a choice when the advertised amenities are not functioning. I was forced to move 30 boxes down two flights of stairs, and the only compensation offered was a $25 credit—a response that shows a complete lack of respect for customers and their time. Blaming a third-party power surge does not excuse failing to maintain essential equipment or communicate honestly with tenants. This location does not stand behind what it advertises, offers no meaningful customer service, and shows zero concern for customer retention. Avoid this Extra Space Storage location. If you expect reliability, accountability, or basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

This is my first time to need storage..staff have been very clear about required insurance..the facility is clean and location is convenient..the availability of the truck is a bonus! ..customer service seems to be a priority.In addition, I have utilized this facility for ten years. Staff have ALWAYS been courteous and informative whenever changes are required , such as when the ownership was changed or if insurance adjustments were needed. The units are secure and very clean no matter when we visited. My storage items when removed were in the same condition as when stored over the years. I HEARTILY recommend Extra Space Storage and their entire team for excellent support and customer service!
