Farid was extremely helpful, kind, and patient while assisting me with renting my unit. He showed me the unit and answered all of my questions. He was happy to spend time with me going over the lease and assisting me with the logistics of rental insurance, how to secure my lock, etc. The storage units are very nice as well with great rates! Highly recommend!

Fred was absolutely amazing! Very Helpful and Knowledgeable! This was my first time to get a storage unit and he made my experience easy, seamless and stress free! Fred thoroughly explained all of the paperwork to me and even showed me the unit prior to me signing any documentation; just to ensure I was purchasing the right size unit. The unit was extremely clean and the facility seemed very secure. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Double Creek and Fred! I forgot to mention that they also had the best pricing on a 10x20 unit in Round Rock! So not only did I get the best rate (and climate controlled), but I had a great experience as well!

I rented the storage space for the first time at 2150 Double Creek Dr, Round Rock location. Both the staff members (Farid and Andriana) are very professional, courteous and caring. They guided me for the correct storage size helping me meet my needs on a tight budget. I mostly worked with Farid who is a wonderful storage manager always looking out for his customers.
