Adriana did a great job when we called, and when we arrived w our trailer full, she had all of our paperwork lines out, a dolly ready for us to use, a lock and an amazing smile. The locker was clean and entire facility was A+.

I received above and beyond exceptional service from Fred Fortado at Extra Space Storage on Double Creek in Round Rock. I was actually going to move as the price had gone up so much. I went into the office where I was greeted by Fred and we discussed the online price difference compared to what I was paying. We discussed my storage needs and that I felt I needed a smaller unit. He advised I could cut my insurance cost and I could rent a smaller unit at the internet price. Fred was so helpful and responsive to my questions. I am a widow and felt like he was a very caring yet professional individual. Fred keeps a very clean and secure facility. I will continue to do business with Extra Space Storage because of Fred’s honesty and caring attitude.
