The unit I was rented was extremely dirty. The hallways & building clearly have not been swept, mopped, or wiped down with any cleaning agents. And with the amount of spiders and spiderwebs present, is obvious that there is no pest control vendors contracted either. I’ve had business with ExtraSpace storage since 2014 and this is completely unacceptable and not at the standards that I remember ExtraSpace to be. Management is clearly not representing the brand positively.
