I have been a customer for the past 2 years and my experience always been great until today my lock wasn’t working and I was frustrated I had one of the employees helping me out today (terry) he was awesome his customer service was great. He was able to break the lock and get me a new one in a timely manner. Very professional and caring. Thank you extra space storage for providing best care for the customers.
