My family has rented units at the Coker location before, so I already knew they had good experiences. Recently, I called to get information for myself, and Sonja was amazing to talk to. She was genuinely friendly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Her professionalism really stood out. When it’s time for me to get a unit, I’ll definitely be reaching back out to this location.

Airport proximity is what first attracted me to this Extra Space Storage facility. Then its appearance: a cute front office beneath the shade of heritage oaks with the feel of a country farm house. Finally, for the trifecta, the site manager, Sonja, is an absolute one-of-a-kind gem. From start to finish, Sonja was helpful, informative, good natured, communicative and eager to assist with the process of renting a storage unit. She made it so easy for me to find what I needed.
