I was paying $88.00 for a 10x15 unit under Lockaway Storage then the company was bought out by Extra Space Storage which honored that price for 4 months then raised the price to $150 12 months ago. Then 8 months later increased the price again to $198.00 so the price increased more than double. I’ve heard of inflation, which was 2.6% for 2025, but not 125%. Price gouging is illegal!!
