I would've given this a 5 star rating had it not been for the poor lighting and not being able to see my items inside of my storage unit. I also feel like the a/c could be cooler, the temperature always feels hot once your there for a few minutes and start to work. I've been to other storage unit companies and they keep those buildings very cold and allows the customers to do what is needed in the units without breaking out into a massive sweat. The property manager has tried his best with to resolve most of these concerns but it's all up to cooperate and out of his hands.

A gentleman by the name of Albert helped me with everything I needed. He was super helpful in helping with an account issue. He got it 100% taken care of in a timely manner, would recommend anyone wanting to rent a storage unit at this location to talk with him.
