I have been a customer since the beginning of the year and have had nothing but great experiences interacting with staff. Recently, I downgraded units and the gentleman in the office helped me find a a more affordable unit in the same building that fit all my things inside, and even let me borrow a lock while I downgraded sizes. The lady in the office was able to close out my old unit with no problem. I definitely recommend this location.

If you are in need of storage extra space storage is the place. I was having a little trouble paying on my storage due to illness. Alberto worked with me gave me time to get my payment made do I didn't lose all of my possessions to an auction. I HAVE NEVER HAD any business give customer service like that and care about their customers most places would've said pay up or lose your stuff to auction. EXTRA SPACE STORAGW WILL WORK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS! it's been a huge relief to know I'm not losing everything! Also if ypu set up payments I nlkme the prices are even cheaper! Check them out!

Wish they had better specials like their competitors . Monthly prices are worth it . The Man I worked w/ ( I think Alberto) was kind & made it a smooth process was complete in 10 min . Showed me how to use & locate my unit
