Krystal and team are awesome! This is the first storage unit I’ve ever had and from the moment I walked in and met her she made me feel right at home. The spaces are really nice, clean, safe. Love the carts they have available for use. Prices are fair. Can’t ask for anything else!

I reserved a unit but then got there and they didn't have any moving carts but you can rent out a dolly. The front desk lady helped me but yeah I had to get a refund because they didn't have any moving carts. Also I didn't really like all the access codes you have to put in to get into the storage unit. One for entering the property, one for entering the building,for the elevator and for exiting the property. I get the safety aspect of it but that was too much for me. The associate said that she ordered some carts so they will be coming in but I needed a storage unit this week. My 3 star review is for having no carts and all the access codes you have to enter. If I'm constantly moving going in and out, I don't want to keep entering access codes to enter the building and for the elevator.

My mom and I have been using Life Storage for almost a year now and have had a great experience. It was easy to set up and easy to get into. We’ve never felt unsafe. Everyone at the front desk has been wonderful, especially Krystal, she is kind, patient and helpful. If you’re looking for a storage unit facility, I’d highly recommend!
