Alice is the manager at this location and she is the kindest lady I have ever met. She was very helpful in both moving us in during and moving us out of our units at this location. She maintains the cleanest storage units in the city of San Antonio. I cannot say enough nice things about her! I always felt very safe going into and out of the unit at any time of the day.
