Bianca is truly exceptional! She was so welcoming and patient with us, taking the time to help us understand the entire process. She walked us through everything step by step and made it all feel so easy and stress-free. The movers were able to move in without any issues at all. On top of that, she even helped us with additional concerns we had regarding other storage matters. I highly recommend asking for Bianca specifically — and if she’s not there, I would honestly suggest coming back when she is!
