The staff were exactly how the other reviews mention. Very nice and helpful and then some. Patty the manager helped me even tho they had just closed when i showed up. We were renting a unit from another place and after they increased the rent by more than half and found out that several units were broken into we decided to look somewhere else. I chose this location cause it was close to us and security was way better. After making a reservation with Patty i talked with my husband who agree this was good to switch to. We went in the next day to rent out the unit and was surprised at how nice and helpful the other girl was as well and joking back and forth like we had known each other for some time.
