My wife was previously working with Bianca, and Hector helped us out today. They assisted us in transferring our storage unit to a smaller unit with Bianca overseeing it. They were very helpful and we got a smaller unit on the same floor a few steps away from our present unit. We are now getting a better rate and we were happy that both are great to work with.
