Extra Storage Space is clean and well maintained over all , but I just closed out of my unit this week because my rent was increased twice this year by June ! I think this is very unprofessional ! I called the rep w/Extra Storage Space and expressed my concerns and she said that they reserved the right to change storage rental rates every 6-9 months, and that was it! I then decided I would move out because I am very disappointed w/this decision! Those of you have storage units please be aware how much you are spending every year !
