On site customer service was excellent. Handicap accessible is excellent. Jennifer was very helpful and took her time with my questions and concerns. Location is 20% less expensive than the next closest Extra Space Storage location - and newer. Carts are available for using with your boxes if you don't have a hand truck. App is available. Online application is easy to use, however it asks too much personal identifying information for me to accept, such as your date of birth AND drivers license number. I accept the drivers license is needed for identification when you check in. Why not only ask for the drivers license since the birth date is already in the ID. The application drop down menu listed drivers license and passport as the only forms of identification and I did not notice any other form of government identification request such as a state ID.
