Today I visited with Rachel at Extra Space Storage. I was concerned about the increase in monthly rent. I have been renting a unit there several years (over 10 years). Always used direct payment and never late. However I discussed the increase in monthly rent and she was extremely helpful and fully understanding. She immediately sent information to the company requesting rent remain stable. It’s not normal for someone to make an effort to assist when the response would be “it’s company decision and I can’t assist”. Rather she went the extra mile. I appreciate her support. Dave
