Tell me why I have had no issues with my time of renting any Extra Space storage, until NOW. I was paying $86 monthly for a 10x10. Tell me why 5 months later, my payment is now up to $161? How does that even make sense? I am livid. I did not get any notice!!! Apparently I got a letter in the mail, which I did not. And according to the lady on the phone, “all units are subject to increase in payment.” I am better off renting somewhere else, seriously! For that much of an increase. I have never been this mad with an establishment before.
