Dylan is the man! I needed to change units to a larger one last minute, and he made it happen. By way of update (and dropping a star), I'm reading through a handful of the other reviews now and seeing a similar situation to mine. I chose a primo spot on the first floor next to the door and had the rate almost double in a few months. I don't know that this is the owner's fault as this is a franchise, and I believe the rates are based on the current market for your unit. It does lead to some instability though if you are looking for long-term storage and are already in there. If you do need to be in there longer than a few months , I would suggest selecting a unit not as in demand unit (i.e. top floors) off the bat or trying to lock in your rate as long as possible (I think 4 months is the limit). If you have mobility issues (I don't), you may want to look into another solution. They made the transfer to a different unit easy and the facility is still top-notch with good lighting, security, etc.).
