**Renter Beware** Extra Space Storage prices are BS They lure you in with an initial low price that isn't all that low after paying a $30 administrative fee and another $20 for a cylinder lock that they have a key to and will use to open up and go through your unit whenever they want. And throw in an extra $11 BS insurance charge no matter if you provide your own insurance coverage. But that price you signed a lease with them for only lasts 2 to 3 months max before they jack the cost of your unit up 3 to 4 times what you agreed to pay. They have the audacity to say that the rate hike is due to increased demand and low availability of units of that size, when you can log onto their website and see that they've got plenty of vacant units that they're renting out for under $20. Whatchu mean, Extra Space Storage??? More like Extra Charge Storage.
