I am writing to discourage anyone from storing their belongings at this facility. While completely locked, our unit was robbed. We were made aware by the company after we were robbed that people can climb over the interior walls of the units, jump down into your locked unit, pop off the lock from the inside, open the door, and take your belongings. We were lead to believe that the facility was secure. The company later told us that this has happened many times. The police officer who came to write our report had been there multiple times before for the same issue. The company has not offered to cover any rent payments or make us whole for any stolen belongings. My advise would be to find a different facility and storage company to do business with.
