Star and Dean where very helpful considering they have no office at the location. I paid my mothers past due account and I needed to get items out of it right away. They drove over here opened it immediately and offered us water. They were very professional and apologized for any inconvenience do to remodeling.

My husband has a unit at this location and we needed another unit. I did the reservation for the wrong location and I called and Star answered the phone I asked if I could do it at the location. She said her office was under construction but she could do it over the phone. She made it so simple and easy for us. Considering they are not on location it was very clean. Thank you Star for an amazing experience over the phone.

I am new to renting a storage unit but out of all the places I’ve shopped this is the most updated and secure locations I’ve seen. I would recommend it for anyone who needs a place to store their stuff that’s secure, up to date, climate controlled and safe
