Ill rate this 5 outa 5 for a couple of reasons. Staff. I walked up with no info on my unit. The manager took care of the situation inside of 2 min. Kid u not. I had all my details on a sticky note. All i did beforehand was purchase over the phone. No activation no nothing. So that was impressive. Very nice security on the facility. The most refreshing feature is the blast of cold air u get when moving ur furniture into the unit on one of their provided dollys!!! Read that again. Iv never been able to say that sentence describing my storage unit. Much less, saying after that part . Theres an elevator. No stairs. Ur all done moving out of an. Apartment..... And now an elevator. In the ac. With a home depot style dolly. I moved 2 dressers on 1. Yall get the point. This place was truly a blessing. 5/5 stars without a doubt
