Please walk this property before renting! My move in experience. I wish I had had more time to research on this facility before I rented it. I was crunched for time and this place was the best price I could find at the time. Location was close and it had the size i needed. However, i made my rental by phone or i would say online for the cheaper rate. No one was available at the location during business hours so that I could walk the property. So i took the word of the representative on the phone and rented it. This place is all enclosed, I believe all climate. Not sure. I needed a large unit that had a nearest access to a drive up. So the representative gave me a unit in the back nearest an exit. Upon arriving we were told that they only had access doors in the front of the property. We had to back up our 15' retail truck in front and unload it into a loading bay then close the bay door behind us and open another bay door and then dolly our things to our rental unit. Now mind you my unit is all the way to the back of the building by an entrance that doesn't exist. It was double work by unloading the truck, then loading your dollies and then hauling our load to your unit. This is a huge property so maybe they should have taken that into consideration and had another entrance in the back. Luckily I didn't have hugh furniture to unload then dolly back there. Maybe i could wait until a closer unit opens up in front and move. It's not summer yet so we'll see how hot it gets in there later. Inside was clean and the temp was cool at the time we were there. We did kill a few roaches that made themselves seen. Seen old post saying they had break ins. So hopfully is not an issue. They offer digital access to the doors but the doors don't have numbers on them so that you know which one your opening.

Customer service is wonderful. The ladies and gentleman I have dealt with over the past few years have been kind and helpful. Today they assisted me with some payment issues and I am grateful for the extra attention they gave my account.

Celina went the extra mile to transfer me to a closer unit than of what was given in the first place. This location was highly recommended now I see why. Storage looks spotless clean and no weird odors. It looks secure and has cameras all over the units. Great customer service from Edgar at the calling center as well from store manager.
