Signed up end of February 2026 for open parking 10x20 for my enclosed 16’ work trailer for $38.00 monthly great deal - only to find out most of the open parking is end to end requiring you to parallel park. NO WAY to parallel park a pull behind trailer. So the on site employee told me to take this other spot 10x30 and said it’s only couple dollars more. After unhooking my trailer and going back inside only to find out it’s $66 monthly - $28 more NOT A COUPLE OF DOLLARS more. On site employee told me she would try to reduce it - NEVER DID !!! I’ve only been here 5 months and now received rate increase to $135.75 MONTHLY. - OVER 100% RATE INCREASE !!! RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS PLACE - what a RIP OFF !!!!!
