Upon delivery day of the moving trailer, both my son's met & were assisted by rep; Marie, who went above & beyond to make their moving experience smooth & stress-free. I had a truly awful experience with Extra Space Storage. A week ago, I signed a contract and pre-paid for four months of boat storage. I submitted all required documents, my driver’s license, boat registration, and insurance. But tonight, after hours, when I tried to get in, the gate was locked, and my account was suddenly suspended. I called the after-hours service, and the representative was completely useless just asked for all my info again and then told me I’d have to wait until office hours. This is unacceptable, especially since I already paid and gave them everything. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
