The facility itself is nice, and access is convenient. However, I've noticed a pattern where whatever rate you come in at, expect it to increase by roughly 50% by the 2nd month. I left another location because it nearly tripled over 2 years. This is more of a convenience than a need, and I'm not really fond of these bait and switch tactics.
