The facilities are fine and the local staff is excellent, but be prepared for your rates to skyrocket! Every 6 months or so corporate "reassess" the rates they charge, which often means you'll be hit with a massive increase twice a year- at this point they are charging us 400% more than when we originally rented our unit 2.5 years ago, so renter beware! I understand that costs are rising across the board, but this kind of predatory price gouging is really unconscionable!

My initial impression was just amazing customer service! Friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Way above expectations! I just spent a few minutes with Shelby, the property manager, and she went above and beyond to help resolve the issue I was there for as well as offering help on another issue. She’s a very nice lady and she’s very willing to help. Go in and meet her if you have a unit!
