My wife and I a house closing, but we needed to move out of our apartment one week before it. We needed a unit fast and that was affordable. We called and spoke with Shelby. She told us what she may have available and said she will call me right back. When we did, she had everything ready for us. She gave us such awesome customer service. She was fast and made us feel like she was not going to let us down and that we will be taken care of. I am truly grateful for her and will refer Extra Space Storage to anyone that I know.
