TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Been renting here for years. Not in the office half the time they are supposed to be. Overcharge. Don’t take responsibility for their own mistakes. Don’t care about the customer. Hard to get a hold of. Find somewhere else to store your things.

I needed a short term storage option and this turned out to be perfect! I was able to completely sign up online, the facility was very clean and well lit, and I felt it was very secure. I also appreciated the carts to help with moving! It was also very easy to cancel once I had a place for my stuff. The only thing I would wish for was access a little later than 10pm. That caught me moving in and out! But otherwise it worked great for what I needed.
