No one answers the phone. No one is at the location. No one calls you back. No one is there to help. They don't accept email. Once you do track down Tavi or whatever her name is, it literally took a month for her to do what should have been 5, maybe 10 business days. Cannot recommend any other storage facility strongly enough.

I’ve been renting for a year and it has been absolutely abysmal. From over paying by hundreds erroneously when we first started because the property manager no showed on our move in day, to customer service calls that hang up on you, to the app and website not working. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for three days (due on the first) but the payments section of the app is empty, the chat bot on the website ends the chat IMMEDIATELY, and resetting the password still does not allow me to log in. I finally make it to a customer service representative that says the property was sold YESTERDAY and that I should have gotten a new email from the new company, EXR (I got not emails, I was still getting emails from public storage about my late bill while he was telling me public storage doesn’t own the storage location). EXR’s phone number says to visit the website then hangs up. Public Storage has frustrated me to actual tears on 5 separate occasions over the last year and I’m losing my mind. DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE
