No one likes to think of their belongings in a storage unit. But, sometimes it happens. We are between houses, so we had to move our furniture and other possessions into two storage units at Extra Space Storage in Millcreek. This was my first experience with a storage unit, and I am fairly impressed with how Extra Space in Millcreek is run. The app makes entry easy and effortless, and the facility seems clean and orderly. Most importantly, Josh at the front office has helped me on numerous occasions ... from notifying me when I improperly locked my unit, to helping me find the best rates, to advising me that I could consolidate my belongings from two units to one, and so forth. He has been wonderful to deal with, and I appreciate his friendliness and professionalism. If you have to store your stuff, go to Extra Space in Millcreek!
