I have had my storage unit here for around a year. It’s a new facility, very clean, friendly. It’s nice to go to a storage facility that is safe and has that extra security. I switched to a different unit and the process was easier than I thought!

Assistance with finding a unit that fits my needs as well as convenience was great and I credit that all to Dan (Manager). Very nice and accommodable. I've had some technical issues with various entry points in the past. This time, the gate and elevators worked fine but the doors into the facility shut down (i.e. would not allow entry code to be entered). In this case, Dan was available to help but my biggest concern with issues like this is if I happened to be there outside of business hours. Otherwise, I have 2 units at this location and so far have been pretty satisfied.

Didn’t get very good instructions over the phone when setting up the unit on how to get inside when I arrived, so when we got there in the evening no office staff was there and my unit was locked. Next Day the manager called me because he saw he missed my call that evening. He was WONDERFUL to work with and made everything right!!! Extra Space gets the 4 stars and He deserves 5??????????
