Cody is the man. He is always very eager to help, has a great disposition, and gets things done as soon as possible. This place is already great, but would be nothing without him! I had a problem with my lock fitting in the door. I assumed I would need to sign something and wait for them to get to it. Cody jumped on it immediately and had it done in MINUTES. Can’t be more thankful for Cody! Outside of that, they will raise your rates $100 per year. The workers here are awesome, but the company is going to rob you.

Debby was really helpful. As soon as I walked in she asked how she could help and provided the best rates for me. She called other stores to make sure they have a spot to park my vehicle. I would highly recommend you stop by and ask for her if you ever need a storage unit.

Nice, friendly, helpful, polite, humorous staff, and convenient location. The building is kept clean and our unit was spotless when we moved in. We received excellent customer service, especially from Debbie. However, we have some concerns. We think there are people either living in the storage building or park there overnight. We went 4 days in a row at various times. The same car and same person were still there, parked in the exact same spot. Two of those days they worked on his car parked in the exact same spot. One day he was walking his dog throughout the premises, but had moved his car. We aren't comfortable with this and wonder what type of security system they use to address situations, such as this, and how they thoroughly monitor the building. Also, people leave the door open, so all the hot air heats up the building making climate control non existent, and allows anyone to enter the building, which is a safety and security concern. Otherwise, we are pleased with this Extra Space storage facility location and would recommend it to others.
