Great experience with Extra Space Storage! The facility is always clean, secure, and very well maintained. Ynes and Christian (the staff members) are so friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. I was able to get a space right away for a great price. They forgot to leave my lock and I had to buy my own. Casey called me the next day, apologized and made sure I received a refund. That is what good business is about. Treating customers with respect and kindness and doing the right thing.Thank you!
