The Spanish Fork location has been phenomenal! Love the setup- super easy in and out. The manager is so on her game- Kayla? Always available answers my questions- super professional. But I had to rent another unit in Pleasant Grove and I’ve only been there 3 times but I will be moving out asap to another location. Couldn’t get the online system to work so I tried calling in and the AI wouldn’t allow me to get to sales. Only would talk to me about my current unit and I tried every different phone number I could find. So finally I drove over to PG to the location during business hours- and no one was there, the doors were locked. Said they’d be gone another hour. I called Kayla at the SF office. She answered right away. I told her what I was trying to do and explained my issues and she got me all set up and into my unit within ten min. I loaded my stuff and tried to leave but the gate wouldn’t open for my car like it does in SF. I had to pull around back up to reach the gate mechanism and punch in my code again just to get out. so the next time I came, I tried to drive straight down that aisle so that I wouldn’t have to do such a sharp turn and back up like that again, but that area was blocked a second time with a big truck. I had to come down and make a really sharp turn back up multiple times. Get closer to the gate mechanism, get out of my car and go over and punch in a long code and it’s a pain in the neck. not impressed with this location at all. Definitely will use the Spanish Fork location again, but the managers at the Pleasant Grove one and also the their way of doing things is unacceptable. I’m gonna leave a three star review for now just and if it were only for the Spanish Fork location, it would be five, but if it were only for the Pleasant Grove location, it would be one

Additionally, we will review the staffing situation to ensure someone is available during posted business hours.
