I have been renting here for six months and I have had a pretty bad experience. The day we moved in they were not ready for us and didn't even have our gate code ready so we couldn't get in to drop our stuff off. We ended up having to pay an extra 100 dollars for our rental truck because of this place not being professional and on time. The rental unit is old and was not cleaned out and full of spiderwebs and dirt when we finally got in. In the end after renting for 6 months they decided to double our rent Update: I called the number they commented with and they said they would elevate the case and I would get a call back a few days later. I never got a call back.

The service here is amazing! It’s been a while since I went with this facility but the employees here are exceptional! Long story short, my husband and I had to store our broke down vehicle for a month while I went back to Washington and my husband went back to Oklahoma to his duty station. We attempted to drive our truck to Oklahoma and broke down and couldn’t find a way to get it back home in time. They kept in contact with me and were able to work with me when it came time for my freight team, tow truck and locksmith to come pick up the truck while I was still in Washington. They all collaborated and worked together and kept me in the loop. They were amazing! Thank you so much. Amazing staff!

After Extra Space took over this location form the previous owners my rate was changed 4 times in a year. They would raise the rates over charging for the size of unit. Nearly 100$ for a 5x8. Total rip off.
