I obtained my unit through Towne Storage before they were bought by Extra Space Storage. The staff has always been great and friendly. The units were fairly priced but are on the rise. The pests situation however, is really terrible. There was rodent feces all over my unit. I swept it out and covered the floor opening in hopes to prevent them but there was even more upon returning. Nothing but a dryer, sofa and some blankets were kept in my unit so there was nothing there drawing them in. There were both ground and ceiling level openings that would allow them access. I also have never had a run in with carpet beetles until now. There were carpet beetle skin sheds from the larvae all over the unit. I ended up throwing out all the materials kept there to be safe. Again, staff is great and the transition over to Extra Space from Towne was seamless and straight forward although the prices did increase shortly thereafter. But the pests absolutely need to be addressed and worked on.

Extra Space storage is such an awesome company. Veronica, was so helpful. She got me into a unit same day. Answered all my questions and was so kind. They truly have the best customer service. Their facility was clean and the units are easy to access. I would definitely recommend using them if you need additional storage. They have a wide variety to meet your needs!
