I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, which made the whole process stress free. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Dan has been amazing to work with from the very beginning. He’s friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to be accommodating with my needs. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making things easy for customers, and it made a big difference. Every 3 months I get a notice that rent is increasing from $90 too $187 which is higher than any storage unit that is advertised on their website. I have to call and negotiate a new rate that is usually $15 higher. Very sly business model. Do not rent here rate will change on you. The manager is a super nice guy though.
