I chose Extra Space Storage because it was affordable, it was close to home, and it was climate controlled. However, after just a few months I got notified that they were raising my rent about $50! It went from $115 to around $165! I called right away and Rachel explained to me that it was an automatic thing. She did her best and was able to get it down to $145. I appreciate her help and kindness so much! As far as Extra Space Storage goes though, if I would have known, I would have never chosen them. I think it's absolutely ridiculous to raise the rent that much after just two or three months. I had a storage unit in Orem for about 8 years and they didn't raise the rent one time. Beware of the price increases!

The facility is very clean and well maintained. Very easy and convenient access getting to my storage garage with a large truck. Rachael Decker was so helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She took care of us and was very friendly. Would definitely use extra space storage to keep all my belongings again.

I didn’t get my first month free. Make sure you get that! I’ve had both positive and negative experiences with staff. The property is clean. Nothing bad happened to my items. The access hours worked fine with my schedule.
