In an emergency move, we found safe reliable, and affordable storage at Extra Space Storage in Syracuse. Our unit was temperature controlled and worked great to keep my vinyl records safe. Shoutout to Rachael, she is so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Likewise, other staff is helpful and there is someone to assist 24/7. The employee, Rachael at this location is so sweet! She was so helpful when my husband and I were looking at storage units. The storage are good sized too! And with the different sizes it would fit our needs. I definitely recommend going here for storage! Update: we loved our experience so much that we have decided to rent with them again. And Rachael was still just as wonderful to work with.
