Shame the corporate bosses want to 'fleece' renters. 200% increase in rental price in a year. Staff were great though

Cancelation was easy all I had to do was take my lock off super nice workers and no hidden fees n stuff. A nice lady helped me on the phone she was from the location on 5600s and 4700 w in Utah don’t recall her name but she was very helpful and sweet.

Byron from the West Valley City facility who i spoke to was so helpful, patient and kind. He walked me through the whole process of setting me up through the phone and in a matter of no time i got the emails to finish it up on my end and will meet Byron when i go into the facility to ahow my ID personally.
