UPDATE: While the review of the staff remains unchanged, the business has left a bad taste. I never received a notification that my monthly fee would increase by $100. You read that right, $100. I moved into that 10x10 space mid-January and already have increase of $100! I was already paying $185 for a TEN x TEN. No way I’m paying $285. They can get bent. I’m taking my business to Public Storage; $147 for the same 10x10. I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage after accidentally losing my keys and being locked out of my unit. Tony and Larren were both professional and personable throughout the process. They explained the steps clearly, verified my information quickly, and made what could have been a stressful situation straightforward and manageable. Their customer service stood out, they were super nice, courteous, and genuinely helpful. I appreciated how smoothly everything was handled, and I’m grateful for their support in getting me back into my unit without unnecessary hassle. 10/10 would recommend.
