Excellent experience with this storage company. They are not a storage company which has reasonable and fair prices on their storage units. They even run sales where their units are greatly reduced and make for a much better deal. Extra Space in Chantilly is honest and trustworthy and I have had repeated good experiences with them. We love Luz the manager who works with us and understands our needs. We plan to stay with them for the long term. We currently rent a 10x20 from Extra Space in Chantilly and a 10 x 10.

The manager (Luz) at Extra Space Storage has been so helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything over the phone and ensured me both times that everything was set for move in. Between having a stressful day with movers, needing a second unit and shopping around storage units with other companies, the convenience of this Extra Space location and the great customer service, I went with this location and I don't regret it.
