Absolute nightmare at this facility. Do not rent here unless you want your property destroyed and your safety completely ignored. I encountered a massive snake, over 4 feet long, crawling back and forth from one storage unit to another right in the second-floor hallway. Not knowing what kind of snake it was or whether it was venomous made the experience beyond terrifying, it was petrifying, chilling, and utterly horrifying to see a snake of that size indoors on the second. I immediately brought it to the manager's attention, but instead of taking action, he blew it off completely like it was nothing and just told us to send him a picture via email. I sent the photo, and management did absolutely nothing about it. Just one week later, when i came back from out of town I saw another snake but this time it was in our unit. The shock and trauma were so severe that my wife almost passed out. Having three separate units there at the time a 10x10 size a 15x5 and a 5x10 all completely packed with our belongings made the entire ordeal a living nightmare. Moving out meant we had to go through every single item box by box, taking weeks and months of agonizing, petrifying labor just to make sure we didn't accidentally transport any of their facility's snakes to our new place. We were terrified beyond words, forced to spend our own hard-earned money to buy supplies and painstakingly seal off every single hole, corner, and crease inside the storage units just to keep snakes out. On top of the snakes, the facility is overrun with mice and carpet beetles that chewed up and destroyed our furniture and personal items. Management refused to do their job, offered zero reimbursement, and when I sent a certified letter to the corporate office detailing the entire situation with proof, they received it, they completely refused to respond. They did not even apologize. This is beyond disturbing and entirely unprofessional. Nobody should ever rent here. They do not care about their tenants, the facility is completely unsafe, not clean i see urine in bottle and still there fir weeks, and they will turn a blind eye while you are left terrified and dealing with total destruction. stay away it's not safe there.
