My experience was excellent as always! The employee, Tony, at the Western Branch location was able to assist and help me resolve my issue expeditiously without any problems. He was very courteous, thoughtful and displayed impeccable customer service. All of the staff members I have worked with have always been so patient and kind. The employees will spend time explaining details inquired about any situation. I always feel confident that my business was completed and understood.

I highly recommend the Extra Space Storage facility in Chesapeake on Poplar Hill Rd. I have been using this facility for over 2 years and have always found it to be clean and safe. The employees, especially Tony, are beyond helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs. If you're looking for, or are in need of a storage unit for long or short term use, you need to visit this facility. You'll be glad you did.

My experience has been wonderful. Everyone has been very helpful. Tony is great. He stopped by many times to check on me as I was moving my things into my storage unit. He opened the doors for me to speed the process up. The whole facility is clean and I felt extremely secure and safe while moving my things in. Thank you, Tony and staff for being so helpful.
