I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage! The store manager, Tony, was awesome—super helpful and friendly. He got us a great promotion with the first month free, which was a nice bonus. The prices are very reasonable for this area, and the facility has extended gate hours, which makes access really convenient. It’s also climate-controlled, which is perfect for the hot summer months. Highly recommend!

This Extra Space Storage location is extremely clean and well-managed. Office hours typically run from 9 AM to 6 PM, depending on the day, and gate access is available daily from 6 AM to 10 PM—making it convenient and accessible when you need it. The manager, Tony, is amazing—super friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. His upbeat, bubbly personality makes every visit a pleasant experience. This is definitely one of our favorite storage locations in the area!

Visited the Extra Space across from BB&T bank on Western Branch Blvd. and Mr. Tony and Mr. Eric were polite, courteous, and super helpful. They made sure we had the right storage unit to meet our needs and gave us a discount. We always come here every time we need storage units and every manager and assistant is wonderful.
