Very easy online set up. Fast, clear, efficient. Appreciate the free lock with new unit rental. Only issue was the doors to the building are a bit awkward and it's hard to hold open the door with one arm while trying to carry your storage items (or cart) through the doorway. It would be much better if doors would be automatic or have some way to easily hold them open while carrying items in and out.
