The process of getting a storage unit here was super easy from start to finish. The office staff made everything smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to explain all the details about sizes, pricing, and how access works. I really appreciated how helpful they were—no confusion, no pressure, just straightforward information that made it easy to pick the right unit for what I needed. The paperwork and setup didn’t take long at all. Everything was clearly explained, and the staff made sure I understood the terms before signing.
