Bad communication and very unprofessional if a customer is calling time ahead for letting them know that she will not longer need the service and can get her belongings they from u side said u have until the end of the month for go get ur stuff out .them they block you account u don’t have access for go in!! Who’s wrong? The customer who reached out time ahead ahead for letting you guys know that she would not need the service but trying to be good in case she need the service in the future. Or u guys just blocking her account access and charging extra money and blaming the customer for being honest u can take the responsibility for the actions that u guys take. My response will be the same thing that I did this morning how u expect a customer to pay $300 plus others dollars when u guys block my account access and don’t let me pick up my belongings when I was already already paid that month for take my belongs and spoke ahead since July that the next coming month it was going to be my last one and u guys said that I have access until the end of the month and even at the end of month said that I have to pay $50 extra dollars can’t be paid trough the app them solving the bad communication from u Side is u need to pay that amount and don’t accept the fact that u denied the access account for open the gate and take my stuff so tell me if I’m wrong
