I'm so appreciative of the exceptional customer service I received from my storage facility's representative, Ms. Keyana earlier today. I've been a customer since 2020 and have had very few payment issues. Unfortunately, I've had a few rough months, with this one being the roughest and Keyana granted me grace and assisted me greatly with my payment arrangement. I sincerely appreciate her being so responsive and courteous, and making me feel like a valued customer.

I was calling around trying to find a storage unit and found multiple ones. This was the cheapest and is new. The staff is amazing and thorough, which is was definitely a positive factor. Will was great about clarifying everything and has a great personality. Keyana was there when I went to pick up my lock and gave top notch customer service which is important to me.

William is amazing! He was very helpful, professional and courteous. It was really fast to get information on downsizing to a smaller unit since our needs changed. If you are in Midlothian and need to make room in your house, Extra Space Storage is a Safe place to store your belongings!
