MY PAYMENT FAILED! The Credit card attached to my file for payment was involved with fraud somewhere and my bank canceled the card and re-issued me a new card. When my payment failed someone from ExtraSpace called me with the kindest voice to let me know. I then explained my situation, thanked them for the call, made the payment and then called them back with a permanent credit card when my new one came in. The customer service was excellent. The kindness of somebody understanding that simple things in life happens was a breath of fresh air and much appreciated!

Keeping my things at this Extra Space location was a great experience. Everything was ready for me when I was ready to store including all information, locks, etc. Danine was great too, helping me out when I had an issue with a key in a very timely manner. I would certainly trust my things with them again!

This storage facility was easy to access and has plenty of space to navigate large U-haul trucks. There were not too many people trying to access their units at the times I went to access mine which also helped with loading and unloading my items. The app is a great tool to open the main gate and I would recommend this facility for anyone looking to store items. The only issue I had with this particular location is exiting the property. There is an overgrown tree that makes it hard to see oncoming traffic and if you are driving a large moving truck it could be a little difficult to time your merging into oncoming traffic. This is not the facilities fault, but it is still a hazard I caution against.

On Memorial Day, I reserved a storage unit with Extra Storage Space. Not knowing the details I told myself that I would call the next day to figure out the details of the storage unit. It wasn't an hour later when I get a call from Deanen who offered to show me the storage unit that I reserved and if that didn't work she advised me that I could pick one that would be the right size. Me being a visual learner, I really appreciated her offering that option to me and on top of that it was on Memorial Day which I didn't expect a call on a holiday. Deanen went over and beyond to help me get the storage unit that was the best fit for me. And everytime I visit the storage unit she greets me with a smiling face. I recommend Extra Space Storage because of Deanen's customer service.

The unit is very clean. The facility is very clean. Lauren was great. She helped us over the phone get the best price. We needed it in an hurry and they were almost closed. She explained everything in great detail and was happy to answer all my questions.
